Philip Favro

Discovery Attorney at Symantec Corporation

Philip Favro is a Discovery Attorney at Symantec Corporation with over eleven years of litigation experience, advising technology companies on complex discovery issues. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and the American Bar Association's Science & Technology Section.

Tad C. Howington

Executive Vice President at ARMA International

Tad C. Howington has nearly 30 years of experience in records and information management, having directed enterprise-wide programs at various organizations. He has served as President of ARMA International and is a Certified Records Manager and Certified Archivist.
