E-Discovery Leadership Conference 2015

Publicis Groupe was the first judicial approval of technology-assisted review (TAR). He has authored several influential eDiscovery opinions and is a frequent lecturer on related issues.
Hon. Joy Flowers Conti

Judge Joy Flowers Conti is the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin (ret.)

Judge Shira A. Scheindlin is known for her expertise in mass torts, electronic discovery, and complex litigation. She authored the first casebook on Electronic Discovery and served as a member of the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules from 1999-2006. Hon. Sidney I. Schenkier

Magistrate Judge Sidney Schenkier has served since October 1998, including as presiding magistrate judge and on the Court’s Rules Committee.
