Tennessee Bar Association CLE Program

The Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) is hosting its annual FastTrack CLE program in Knoxville, designed to provide attorneys with a comprehensive and efficient way to fulfill their Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements. This program offers a total of 15 CLE hours, combining 7 hours of live instruction with 8 hours of online coursework, allowing participants to customize their learning experience to fit their schedules.

The live sessions will cover a diverse range of topics pertinent to general practitioners, including Criminal Law, Estate Planning, Social Media Concerns in Divorce, The Paperless Office, Workers Compensation, Immigration Basics, and Legal Infrastructure Technology. These sessions aim to provide practical insights and updates across various areas of law, ensuring attendees stay informed about current legal practices and developments.

In addition to the educational sessions, the program offers networking opportunities during breaks and lunch, enabling participants to connect with peers and industry experts. Notable speakers include Frank Johnstone from Wilson Worley, PC, Margaret Powers of The Powers Law Firm, and Hon. Brian Addington from the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, among others. Their expertise and experience will provide valuable perspectives on the covered topics.

This program is ideal for attorneys seeking a flexible and comprehensive approach to meeting their CLE requirements.
