EUROUT is Europe's leading LGBTQ+ conference for graduate students and alumni from top business schools, organized annually by the Out in Business Club at London Business School. The 2022 conference marked its 10th anniversary, bringing together delegates from over 20 business schools and more than 15 companies to discuss key issues for the LGBTQ+ community in the business world.
The conference featured a diverse range of sessions covering topics such as equity and inclusion, leadership development, and career advancement for LGBTQ+ professionals. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in panel discussions, workshops, and keynote speeches addressing the challenges and opportunities within the corporate environment.
In addition to the educational sessions, EUROUT 2022 offered numerous networking opportunities, including a career fair connecting students with forward-thinking companies committed to diversity. The event also featured entertainment from comedians and performances by British drag artist Vanity Milan, fostering a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
