Patent Litigation Masters™ 2022 was a live, in-person program held on May 23-24, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel in Herndon, Virginia. Organized by IPWatchdog®, the event was co-chaired by Gene Quinn (IPWatchdog), Meredith Addy (AddyHart), and David Henry (Gray Reed). The program focused on patent litigation in the United States, covering litigation in active federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Key topics included damages, patent eligibility, Standard Essential Patents, and injunctions. The program featured discussions on the most important issues facing the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), discretionary denials, parallel litigation, and PTAB trial tactics and strategies.
