Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar is a German Patent Attorney and European Patent and Trademark Attorney with a PhD in physics. He teaches Intellectual Property Law at the University of Bremen and the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. He is a Past-President of LES International and LES Germany and has received the Gold Medal of LESI.
