The Corporate Counsel College is an annual event organized by the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), designed to address the major issues facing inside counsel today. The 2023 edition took place on April 27-28 at the Loews Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

The program featured sessions on effective legal holds in the era of mixed-media communications, updates on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations, strategies for maintaining privilege when in-house counsel serve dual roles, and emerging trends in resolving mass litigation. Notable speakers included Craig A. Thompson, Corporate Counsel College Dean, and Mark R. Beebe, IADC President.
