2023 Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair

The Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the United States, organized annually by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. Since its inception in 1988, the event has served as a 'family reunion' for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals, providing a platform to reflect on shared history and to look forward to the future of the legal profession.

The 2023 conference, held from July 24 to July 26 in Chicago, Illinois, featured a diverse array of sessions and workshops.
