Kevin Brogan is a Principal in the International Tax group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. He provides advice on a wide range of international tax issues, including Pillar Two, foreign tax credits, foreign currency, earnings-stripping limitations, anti-hybrid and dual consolidated loss limitations, and loss planning. Kevin has extensive experience with cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and internal restructurings. Prior to joining KPMG, he served as a tax director for a large U.S. multinational corporation and was an associate at a prominent New York City law firm. Kevin holds a BS in mathematics from Georgetown University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an LLM in taxation from New York University.

Quyen specializes in inbound tax planning, tax treaty interpretation, and matters with the U.S. Competent Authority’s office. Previously, she served as the Deputy International Tax Counsel for Treaty Affairs in the Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy, leading negotiations of U.S. income tax treaties and other international tax agreements.
