The 36th Annual RPTE National CLE Conference, organized by the American Bar Association's Section of Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law, took place from May 9 to May 10, 2024, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. This premier event brought together legal professionals from across the nation to engage in comprehensive continuing legal education (CLE) programs and discussions on the latest developments in real property, trust, and estate law.

Attendees participated in a diverse array of sessions covering critical topics such as office-to-housing conversions, financial abuse of vulnerable adults, intersections of real estate and bankruptcy law, and planning for difficult and dangerous tangible assets. The conference also addressed emerging issues like environmental insurance in real estate transactions and strategic insights into purchase and sale agreements.
