Mary has over 16 years’ experience in the London insurance market and is currently Lead Legal Counsel at Wakam. She is a qualified leadership coach and DEI advocate, with expertise in developing governance for ESG, emerging tech, and AI. Mary is also DEI Committee Chair of the Insurance Institute of London, UN Women UK delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and serving Trustee Board Director and Grants Committee member of The Insurance Charities.
