The Qatar Business Law Forum Conference 2024, held on November 21, 2024, at the Marriott Marquis City Centre Doha Hotel, was the ninth edition of this esteemed event. Organized by LexisNexis Middle East in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s Department of Legal Affairs, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre, and Al Sulaiti Law Firm, the conference aimed to highlight the latest legal developments and trends in Qatar.
The conference featured a series of panel discussions covering critical topics such as due diligence in M&A transactions, managing property and construction disputes, and significant developments in dispute resolution within Qatar.
