RAC Roundtable Discussion: Peculiarities of Resolving Disputes with Russian Parties in the UAE

The Russian Arbitration Center (RAC), in partnership with Al Aidarous Advocates & Legal Consultants, organized a roundtable discussion titled "Peculiarities of Resolving Disputes with Russian Parties in the UAE." This event aimed to address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with resolving disputes involving Russian entities within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) legal framework.

Key topics included cultural considerations when selecting the UAE as a business destination, as well as the similarities and differences between the Russian and UAE legal systems. The discussion highlighted the potential for Russian companies to effectively resolve disputes within the UAE, emphasizing the region's viability as a forum for arbitration and business activities.
