The DPIIT IPR Chair at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) is organizing a special lecture titled "Fostering Innovation, Production and Access to Pharmaceutical Products in Developing Countries." The lecture will be delivered by Prof. William W. Fisher, WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Harvard Law School, on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 6:30 pm at the Bangalore International Centre (BIC). Prof. William Fisher is the WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Harvard Law School. He has taught at Harvard since 1984 and is the director of Global Access in Action, a non-profit organization focused on improving public health in low and middle-income countries.
