Tennessee Summer FastTrack 2024

The Tennessee Summer FastTrack is an annual Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program organized by the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA). This event is designed to provide Tennessee attorneys with a comprehensive and efficient way to fulfill their annual CLE requirements through a combination of live sessions and online courses.

Ashley has built a law practice that focuses on all aspects of estate planning ranging from living trusts to complex wills to decedent estate administration. She is the current President of the Murfreesboro Estate Planning Council and serves on the Executive Council for Estate Planning and Probate at the Tennessee Bar Association.

Margaret Powers

Attorney at The Powers Law Firm

Margaret is an effective negotiator and litigator in numerous areas of the law. She is a Member and former Speaker of the TBA House of Delegates, a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation, and a Charter Member and Past President of the Tennessee Lawyer's Association for Women.
