The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting is an annual event dedicated to advancing the study and practice of electronic document retention and production. Organized by The Sedona Conference, a nonpartisan, nonprofit research and educational institute, this meeting brings together legal professionals, judges, and industry experts to discuss and develop best practices in eDiscovery and related fields.
The 2024 Midyear Meeting will feature sessions on a variety of pertinent topics, including Multidistrict Litigation Discovery, Discovery of Modern Communications and Collaboration Platforms, Mobile Device Discovery, and Discovery-Related Sanctions. Additionally, a brainstorming group will present insights on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Discovery. Attendees will also benefit from a case law review session and a panel offering judicial perspectives on emerging eDiscovery trends.
