Delaware State Bar Association Seminar: Current and Future Trends in eDiscovery
The Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) is hosting a seminar titled "Current and Future Trends in eDiscovery" on June 24, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM. This event will take place at Wilmington University’s Brandywine Campus in Wilmington, Delaware. The seminar is designed to provide legal professionals with insights into the evolving landscape of electronic discovery.
The program will cover key topics such as court expectations for data preservation, the use of Technology Assisted Review in document production, and the role of artificial intelligence in determining appropriate means of preservation and production.
