Mark A. Cohen

Mark A. Cohen is a globally recognized lawyer, thought leader, innovator, and visionary at the intersection of law, business, and technology. With over 50 years of professional experience, he has served as an Assistant US Attorney, youngest partner at a major US law firm, and founder of a national boutique civil trial firm. Mark has been an early adopter of technology in legal practice, commissioning AT&T to install a virtual law library and videoconferencing capabilities in 1991. He co-founded Clearspire, a groundbreaking 'two-company model' comprising a law firm and a managed services corporation featuring an integrated tech stack. Mark has published approximately 350 articles on the global legal industry for Forbes over the past decade and has been a keynote speaker at major business, law, and technology conferences worldwide. He serves as a Distinguished Scholar at the Singapore Academy of Law.
