The "Futures Forum: Empowering Justice: Harnessing AI to Expand Legal Access" is a virtual event organized by the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM). Panelists include Maya Markovich, Vice President at the AAA-ICDR Institute and Executive Director of the Justice Technology Association; Glenn Rawdon, retired Senior Program Counsel for Technology at the Legal Services Corporation; and Jaclyn Sattler, Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Operations at Relativity. Marla Crawford, General Counsel at Cimplifi, will moderate the discussion.

Glenn Rawdon
Senior Program Counsel (Retired) at Legal Services Corporation
Glenn Rawdon recently retired from his position of Senior Program Counsel for Technology with the Legal Services Corporation. He was responsible for assisting legal services programs with their technology efforts and for administering the Technology Initiative Grants (TIG) program. He is a frequent speaker on self-help strategies. He serves as a board member of the Oklahoma Access to Justice Foundation and is an Emeritus Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management. In 2021, he was awarded the American Legal Technology Award in the individual category. Before joining LSC, he served as a managing attorney at Legal Services of Eastern Oklahoma for five years, and prior to that, he was in private practice. He has served as co-chair of the Law Office Management section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and was a member of the Legal Technical Advisory Council of the ABA.
Jaclyn Sattler
Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations (Strategic Initiatives) at Relativity
Jaclyn Sattler is a strategy leader with a bias toward action. An experienced advisor on multi-year growth strategies and bringing key initiatives to launch, she excels at translating a company’s vision into practical impact. At Relativity, Jaclyn has served as Chief of Staff, Strategy Manager, and now Global Business Operations Leader, partnering with Legal Data Intelligence experts to drive innovation and operational excellence. A proud champion of Relativity’s Justice for Change program, she is passionate about how technology—especially artificial intelligence—can be harnessed to expand access to justice. Jaclyn also serves on Legal Services Corporation’s Emerging Leaders Council, a group of rising professionals dedicated to furthering the conversation on the justice gap. In 2025, she was recognized by the International Legal Technology Association as a Young Professional to Watch for her leadership at the intersection of law, technology, and social impact.
Marla Crawford
General Counsel at Cimplifi
Marla Crawford brings over 35 years’ expertise to her role as general counsel. She is a respected attorney, strategic advisor, and thought leader who speaks regularly on legal technology, electronic discovery, and legal operations issues. Marla spent 22 years practicing law at the prestigious international firm, Jones Day, specializing in the discovery phase of litigation. She also served as associate general counsel for Goldman Sachs for 11 years where she built and led the firm’s global eDiscovery practice and focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and regulatory investigations. Marla is a College of Law Practice Management Fellow and incoming member of the College’s Board of Trustees.
Maya Markovich
Vice President at AAA-ICDR Institute
Maya Markovich is Vice President at the AAA-ICDR Institute, where she leads efforts with entrepreneurs, technology, investors, and market players on alternate pathways to legal conflict resolution. She is also executive director at Justice Technology Association, a nonprofit that supports entrepreneurs building technology to address the access to justice gap. In her prior role as Chief Growth Officer at Nextlaw Labs and Nextlaw Ventures, the first tech-focused innovation catalyst founded by a law firm and first legal tech venture fund at Dentons, the world's largest firm, she delivered next-generation technology, process, and business growth services across the globe. Maya frequently speaks at conferences, broadcasts and writes on legal tech and innovation and is a College of Law Practice Management Fellow.
