InsureTech Connect Asia 2025

InsureTech Connect Asia 2025, held from June 3 to 5, 2025, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, is one of Southeast Asia's largest insurance events. The conference attracted over 1,200 industry participants from 42 countries, including insurers, re-insurers, insurance brokers, InsureTech companies, venture capital firms, and consulting firms. ABeam Consulting served as an official sponsor for the third consecutive year, collaborating with Salesforce to set up a joint booth.

The 2025 conference focused on four key themes:

1. **AI & Data Utilization**: Exploring the integration of AI and data in insurance processes such as underwriting, sales, and claims, and the expected outcomes.

2. **Ecosystem & Partnership**: Strategies for maximizing customer value through strong ecosystems and partnerships.

3. **Digital Modernization**: Transforming operations and customer experiences by modernizing systems and integrating with InsureTech solutions.

4. **Customer Experience**: Enhancing the personalization of insurance products and services based on customer needs.

Notably, the AI & Data Utilization theme garnered the most attention, with 28 sessions dedicated to this topic. Discussions shifted from proof of concept to practical implementation, emphasizing delivering tangible results. Multiple use cases in underwriting and claims have already begun to show positive outcomes.

The conference featured approximately 100 sessions covering these themes, with ABeam Consulting representatives participating as speakers and moderators. For instance, they led a panel discussion on "How AI Will Transform Underwriters’ Roles in the Next 12 Months."

InsureTech Connect Asia 2025 provided a platform for industry leaders to discuss and explore the future of insurance, emphasizing the role of technology and innovation in shaping the industry's landscape.
