The Managing Partner Forum (MPF) Leadership Conference is an annual event designed specifically for managing partners and leaders of smaller and midsize law firms across the United States. Since its inception in 2002, the conference has attracted over 1,850 firm leaders from 1,250 law firms spanning 45 U.S. states, six Canadian provinces, and numerous other countries. The 2025 Leadership Conference is scheduled for May 7-8, 2025, at the Capital City Club in Atlanta, Georgia.
The conference agenda is crafted based on input from previous participants and the MPF Advisory Board, ensuring that topics are timely and relevant. Key themes typically include firm leadership, strategic planning, compensation systems, growth strategies, and marketing and business development. The format is highly interactive, featuring a blend of keynote sessions, panel presentations, workshops, and small group meetings known as "MPIEs."

The conference also features an expo hall showcasing products and services tailored to law firm management.
