2026 ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting
The 74th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, organized by the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Section, took place from March 25 to 27, 2026, in Washington, D.C. This premier event brought together legal practitioners, government enforcers, economists, academics, and policymakers from around the world to discuss pressing issues in competition law and policy.
The program featured over 70 educational sessions covering a wide array of topics, including antitrust ethics, enforcement priorities, global merger navigation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on antitrust enforcement. Notable sessions included "Antitrust Ethics... at the Movies!", "Enforcement Priorities Under Trump 2.0", and "AI, Algorithms and Antitrust Enforcement Trends".
In addition to the educational sessions, the meeting offered events tailored for young professionals, career conversations, diverse dialogues, and fireside chats with global experts. These activities provided attendees with opportunities to gain both domestic and international perspectives on the evolving antitrust landscape.
The event was held at the Marriott Marquis Washington, D.C., located at 901 Massachusetts Avenue NW. This central venue facilitated networking among attendees and access to the various sessions and events.
