2026 Admiralty & Maritime Committee Regional CLE

The 2026 Admiralty & Maritime Committee Regional CLE is a continuing legal education seminar organized by the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (ABA TIPS). The program will feature presentations on topics including commercial interests surrounding Tampa's port, U.S. shipbuilding initiatives, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options for maritime controversies. Christopher Nolan will moderate a panel titled "Florida Arbitral Considerations and Implementation of ADR Clauses in Marine Contracts," and Jason Baruch will moderate a panel titled "What's New in Marine Insurance Claims."
