Albany - Leading Transportation Law and Policy Efforts in 2026

Join the Government Law Center at Albany Law School for the second program of the 2026 Warren M. Anderson ’40 Legislative Series. An expert panel will discuss major issues in transportation law and policy facing state government. The discussion will be moderated by Liz Benjamin, Managing Director at Marathon Strategies and former host of "Capital Tonight."

Panelists include Marie Therese Dominguez, Esq., Commissioner of the New York State Department of Transportation; Francis Hoare, Esq. ’85, Executive Director of the New York State Thruway Authority; and Hon. Jeremy Cooney ’10, New York State Senator for the 56th Senate District. The session will take place in person at the New York State Capitol in the Assembly Parlor. This free event is open to the public. CLE credit available: 1.0 Professional Practice.
