Justice Martin J. Jenkins (Ret.)
Associate Justice at California Supreme Court
Justice Martin J. Jenkins served as an Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court from November 10, 2020, until his retirement on October 31, 2025. Prior to his tenure on the Supreme Court, he held positions as Senior Judicial Appointments Advisor to Governor Gavin Newsom, Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal, and federal district judge for the Northern District of California. Justice Jenkins is a graduate of Santa Clara University and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
