Beyond Harvey & Legora: How to Win with AI

"Beyond Harvey & Legora: How to Win with AI" is an event organized by Encode Club, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence into legal practices. The event is scheduled to take place at Encode Hub in Shoreditch, London, on October 13, 2026. It aims to demonstrate how AI can streamline various legal tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the legal sector.

The event will feature a live demonstration by the Saint team, showcasing their AI assistant, Grace. Attendees will witness Grace handling tasks such as drafting engagement letters from templates, recording billable hours via WhatsApp, providing client updates, managing onboarding and anti-money laundering procedures, and flagging key dates like limitation periods and filing deadlines. The demonstration will also highlight how Saint operates within a firm's own infrastructure, ensuring data privacy and compliance with regulatory expectations.

The schedule includes an evening of networking, starting with doors opening at 6:30 PM, followed by the live demo at 7:00 PM, a Q&A session at 7:40 PM, and concluding with networking opportunities and one-on-one time with the Saint team until 9:00 PM. The event is tailored for partners, solicitors, barristers, in-house counsel, practice managers, and professionals involved in legal operations, innovation, and knowledge management.

Attendees will gain practical insights into the application of AI in legal workflows, understanding how tools like Saint can complement existing AI platforms such as Harvey and Legora. The event also provides an opportunity to engage with industry peers and explore the future of AI in the legal profession.
