Ann Chaplin is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Qualcomm Incorporated, overseeing all legal operations and functions worldwide. She has previously served as Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel for General Motors, managing litigation and regulatory issues. Chaplin holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
