Sonia Mittal is a Clinical Lecturer in Law and Associate Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. She previously served as Senior Counsel and Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, where she helped oversee one of the largest Department of Justice investigations in its history. She is an expert on the rule of law and constitutional failure in democracies throughout the world.
