2026 Dispute Resolution Section Annual Mediation Tournament

The 2026 Dispute Resolution Section Annual Mediation Tournament is an event organized by the New York State Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section. Scheduled for March 27–28, 2026, at Dechert LLP in New York City, the tournament is open to law schools and LLM students nationwide. It offers a platform for three-member teams to showcase their mediation and advocacy skills by participating as mediators, advocates, and in-house client representatives. The event is judged by experienced mediators and practitioners, with final rounds evaluated by New York State and Federal judges. Cash prizes totaling $6,000 are awarded to the winning team, mediator, and for the best mediation statement.
