The Education Law Conference 2026 is the third annual event organized by 3PB Barristers, scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, at IET London: Savoy Place. This full-day conference is designed for education practitioners and will feature presentations from 3PB's specialist education law barristers, including Charlotte Hadfield, John Friel, Lachlan Wilson, Katherine Anderson, Emma Calvert, Ben Amunwa, Alice de Coverley, Jim Hirschmann, Alex Leonhardt, Liz Adams, and Olivia McGonigle.
The conference will cover a range of pertinent topics, such as safeguarding in higher education and schools, the Early Years Framework, calculating damages in civil education claims, duties of care in higher education, school discipline review, attendance and education other than at school (EOTAS), and a case law update.
