ELI UK-Hub Event: Shaping the Future - Digital Assets and Artificial Intelligence in Legal Practice

The European Law Institute (ELI) UK-Hub is hosting an event titled "Shaping the Future: Digital Assets and Artificial Intelligence in Legal Practice" to commemorate ELI's 15th anniversary. This gathering aims to highlight ELI's mission, global strategy, and future ambitions, while fostering engagement with the judiciary and legal profession in the UK.

The program will delve into the growing significance of digital assets and artificial intelligence for legal practitioners. It will introduce ELI's work in these domains, including instruments on digital assets—such as their use as security, enforcement, and succession—and principles on AI and the judiciary, automated contracting, and forthcoming AI initiatives.

The event will feature esteemed speakers, including Prof. Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, ELI President; Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls and ELI First Vice-President; and Prof. Louise Gullifer from the University of Cambridge. Attendees will have opportunities for networking during the reception following the main sessions.
