Chief Compliance Officer at Bill.com

AJ Khan is a seasoned compliance and risk executive with over 20 years of experience building and leading enterprise-wide regulatory, compliance, risk, and BSA/AML programs across fintech, payments, lending, and bank-regulated environments. He currently serves as Chief Compliance and BSA/AML Officer at Bill.com, where he oversees compliance strategy, enterprise risk frameworks, bank partnerships, and regulatory engagement for a SaaS and payments platform moving hundreds of billions globally. Prior to this, AJ led compliance programs at Deel, Affirm and Intuit, and led compliance functions at Karmic Labs and Visa. AJ also spent time as an Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco where he examined regional and community bank’s in the Fed’s 12th District. He is a Board-appointed BSA/AML and OFAC Officer, spoken at industry forums including West Coast AML Forum, ACAMS, and the Money Transmitter Regulator’s Association, and holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Aaron Prater

Chief Operating Officer at Tri City National Bank

Aaron Prater is the Chief Operating Officer at Tri City National Bank where he leads Deposit and Loan Operations, Customer Care, Regulatory Compliance, BSA/AML, Fraud, Information Security, and Application Services. He specializes in the development and execution of transformational strategies to create efficiency and transparency, drive growth, and mitigate risk. His experience across global fintech with FIS, credit unions at Alloya CFCU, and now community banking at Tri City gives Aaron a unique perspective on right-sized program design, strategic planning, and effective governance and communication of enterprise risk organization-wide. Aaron holds a BA in Economics from The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with advanced coursework in Enterprise Risk Management from The Risk Management Association, Mortgage Bankers Association at University of Maryland, and The New York Institute of Finance.

Andrea Shaw

Andrea Shaw is a regulatory compliance attorney with nearly 20 years of experience developing enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks across financial services. Her expertise includes payments, virtual assets, international remittance, and U.S. and global banking institutions, with a focus on financial crime, AML, enterprise and operational risk, consumer protection, data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance. She has led regulatory licensing efforts across the U.S., Canada, APAC, and the EU/UK and held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, UBS Wealth Management, FINRA, CLS Group, American Express, and Deutsche Bank. Since 2018, she has served in executive FinTech and digital asset roles, advancing GRC automation, TPRM, KYC/KYB programs, and global licensing strategies. In 2025, Andrea rejoined Morgan Stanley in the Wealth Management Financial Crime Risk Advisory function. She holds a JD from Albany Law School, a BA from Hofstra University, is admitted in New York, and is an adjunct professor at Albany Law School.

Anna Jacobson

Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Paysend Group

Anna is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Paysend Group, an international money remittance company. She oversees enterprise-wide risk management and compliance strategies. Based in Miami, she joined the company in 2018 and has since built global compliance and risk programs from the ground up. Prior to this role, Anna worked across start-ups, fast-growing ventures, and publicly listed companies in the fintech and payments sector, supporting business launches, strategic partnerships, and cross-border operations. She has over 15 years of experience in financial services regulatory risk management and compliance, including a decade in leadership roles. Anna holds an LL.M. in Financial Services and International Taxation and is CAMS-RM and AMLCA certified.

Chris Hilliard

Chris Hilliard is CEO and Founding Member of Winnow, where he leads a team transforming how financial institutions navigate regulatory requirements. Winnow is an advanced online platform that helps users generate tailored surveys and searches based on a dynamic database of federal and state laws and regulations. With 20+ years in consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending, Chris brings deep expertise in compliance, BSA/AML, licensing, and legal functions. He is a CRCM, CCEP, and a California Licensed Life, Accident & Health Agent. Chris has held senior roles at major financial institutions, overseeing compliance, risk, litigation, and product development. He is passionate about using technology to drive compliance efficiency and innovation.

Daniel Adams

Dan Adams is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over 25 years of experience steering global fintech and financial services firms through complex regulatory landscapes. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer of Robinhood Money, he previously held CCO roles at Jeeves, Inc. and Marqeta, where he scaled a robust enterprise risk management framework leading to a successful IPO. Before joining Marqeta, Dan was the CCO of Acorns during a period of exponential growth. Prior senior compliance roles at PIMCO, BlackRock and HSH Nordbank showcase his expertise in broker-dealer, investment advisor and banking compliance. Earlier in his career, Dan was a FINRA Compliance Examiner and Senior Compliance Analyst at Citigroup. Dan earned his BA in English from Yeshiva University and his JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Daniel Galeon

Daniel Galeon is the Director and Head of Platforms Governance at Robinhood, where he leads governance across Customer Care, Trust & Safety and Financial Crimes in order to protect customers. In this role, Daniel has global functional oversight of Quality Assurance, Supervision, Regulatory Management and Platforms Risk & Control teams. He has built his career at the intersection of finance, technology, and risk — from shaping global compliance strategy at Payoneer and Stripe to driving major initiatives at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock. Daniel is also an Adjunct Professor in the Cybersecurity Master’s Program at Yeshiva University’s Katz School of Science and Health. He holds a B.A. with Honors from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Derek Henderson

Chief Compliance Officer, CRA Officer at DR Bank

Derek has over 15 years of compliance and risk management experience in the banking industry. Derek joined the DR Bank in July 2020. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Henderson was at Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB) for three years where he was the VP, Corporate Compliance Governance. Prior to MCB, Derek was a manager in Ernst and Young’s Financial Services Risk Management practice focused on consumer regulatory compliance matters for his clients in the banking industry. Mark Webb is a fintech and banking compliance expert, known for designing first/second line risk programs and strategies across traditional and innovative financial services. He’s led execution and risk programs for BaaS, LaaS, and API-based models, while building top-tier compliance teams. As SVP, Sr. Director Compliance Advisory at Coastal Community Bank, he oversees fintech and community bank compliance systems, risk culture, and reporting. Previously, he served as CCO at Lincoln Savings Bank, enhancing compliance and audit readiness. His experience spans Tally, Affirm, Wells Fargo, VISA, and Bank of the West. Mark holds an MBA in Financial Analysis from USF and a BA from UC San Diego.
