Valeriano Guevara Lynch is the Chairman of Allende & Brea and a member of the firm's Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He joined the firm in 1996 after graduating from Universidad Cat01lica Argentina and became a partner in 2003. Valeriano holds an LL.M. from Duke University and has experience working at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including corporate affairs, acquisitions, commercial agreements, reorganizations, restructurings, and financings.
