Pearl Renua is the Founder and CEO of Trusted Worker Initiative (TWI), a social impact platform designed to verify, certify, and connect informal workers across underserved markets. As a diaspora founder passionate about employment inclusion and economic reform, Pearl is building digital infrastructure that empowers artisans, domestic workers, and service providers through training, identity verification, and access to dignified work. She leads TWI’s mission to bridge the gap between informal labour and formal opportunity, beginning in Nigeria, with plans for global scale.
