Alexander Fierley is the Deputy Head of Mission and the Head of Economic Affairs at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Nairobi, where he plays a key role in advancing Kenyan-German cooperation, particularly in the areas of economic development, investment, and private sector engagement. With over two decades of diplomatic experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, Mr. Fierley brings a deep understanding of international partnerships and development policy. His work has focused extensively on fostering inclusive economic growth through bilateral and multilateral cooperation. In his current role, he supports initiatives that promote sustainable investment, vocational training, and business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT-outsourcing partnerships between Kenyan and German stakeholders.
