She has been an associate and partner at important law firms in Argentina, and currently serves as the Director of Intellectual Property and Brand Protection at Mercado Libre, with a global scope. Paula is also a board member of INTA (International Trademark Association), where she participates in various committees and initiatives, including Women in LeadershIP, which aims to enhance the role of women in the industry.
