Paul leads DIRECTV’s Privacy Program, serving as its Chief Data Privacy Executive and Senior Legal Counsel since the company’s divestiture from AT&T in July 2021. He manages a skilled team of internal and external resources to build and maintain a modern Privacy Program. He has over 25 years of legal expertise in litigation, class-action defense, state AG investigations, wireless product development and advertising, and privacy. Before going in-house Paul was a partner at an Atlanta litigation firm. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and received his JD from the University of Georgia.
