Russell Johnstone

Russell leads the legal, risk, and compliance teams for BT’s Consumer division, which serves 30 million customers and generates £10 billion in annual revenue. Starting his career as a media lawyer, he joined BT in 2011 and has held various leadership roles, including General Counsel for BT Consumer. Russell is also Vice Chair of the Social Tech Trust, a trustee of the Social Mobility Business Partnership, and a Board Director of TNT Sports.
