Rindala Beydoun is the Managing Partner of the BonelliErede Dubai office and a member of the Africa Committee and Africa Team. She specializes in M&A, cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and corporate transactions. Rindala is a member of several boards, including the Lebanese American University LLM Program, Amilieh Philanthropic Association, Arab Forum for Environment and Development (AFED), and Duke University’s Global Alumni Task Force.
