SCCLP Corporate Law & Practice Conference 2026

The SCCLP Corporate Law & Practice Conference 2026 is a premier event organized by the Student Chapter for Corporate Law & Practice (SCCLP) at O.P. Jindal Global University. This student-led initiative is dedicated to enhancing practical competency, fostering research orientation, and facilitating interactions with corporate law practitioners. The conference is scheduled to take place on April 19, 2026, at the university's campus in Sonipat, India.

The conference will cover a range of critical topics in corporate law, structured into six thematic tracks: Deal Making: Financing Innovation & Modern M&A Structuring; Exit Engineering: Private Capital & Public Market Exit Strategies; Technology & Automation in Corporate Transactions; Cross Border Structuring & Multi-Jurisdictional Control; Insolvency, Homebuyer Rights & Stakeholder Resolution; and Data Governance, DPDP Compliance & Corporate Accountability. Each track will delve into contemporary issues and developments pertinent to corporate law practitioners and scholars.

Participants can look forward to engaging sessions featuring expert speakers, panel discussions, and opportunities to present research papers. Select submissions will undergo editorial review for potential publication in the Global Business Law Review Blog (GBLR), providing attendees with a platform to contribute to business law discourse.
