Brian Clark

Brian Clark is the 2026 recipient of the PBA Environmental & Energy Law Section's Lifetime Achievement Award, recognized for his 40-year career impacting environmental law and policy in Pennsylvania. He served as Majority Counsel to the Pennsylvania Senate’s Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, helped draft significant environmental statutes, and was a founding member of the Environmental Hearing Board Rules Committee. He also served as President of the Pennsylvania Resources Council and chaired the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s Environmental Affairs Committee for over two decades.
